What is Change of Preference? Remember when applying for Uni you can select 12 different courses in your ‘course preference list’ with the ‘most wanted’ at the top. Once the ATAR comes out, you have the opportunity to alter the order of the courses. Why? You may receive a higher ATAR than expected, opening opportunities unthought of, or you may not get a high enough ATAR and will need to explore other options to get (eventually) into the course of your dreams.
Each institution holds a ‘change of preference’ information session to help you make the right decision. We supply details here. Please ensure you check the relevant web sites to confirm these details.
